But there’s actually a new provision which will prove to be pretty expensive now that the stringent new traffic rules are in place. In case of juvenile driving, the guardian or the vehicle owner will have to pay a fine of Rs 25,000 with 3 years of jail! Plus, the vehicle registration will be cancelled for a year and the juvenile accused will not be able to apply for a driving license till they attain the age of 25 years!
