Delhi7 Countries That Have Been Tackling COVID Like A Boss & Are Almost Back To Normal!

Delhi government has started to lift lockdown restrictions in the city over the past 2 weeks slowly but surely, and now most of the things are open. But several COVID-19 restrictions are necessary for people to follow in order to avoid getting infected by the virus. It was while reading through these regulations that we couldn't help but wonder about all the countries that are now returning to a near-normal situation, if not completely normal. So here is a list of 7 countries that have lifted most of the COVID-related regulations at the domestic level. Read on!
1. New Zealand

New Zealand is one of the first countries that tackled the COVID-19 situation successfully. There are strict restrictions on travellers from abroad entering the country. Plus, the COVID-19 restrictions in the country itself are pretty lax as the number of active cases is at an all-time low with barely any new cases coming up daily. People roaming around without the fear of contracting the virus gives us hope that soon the world will again be COVID-free.
2. Iceland

As of 14th June 2021, the number of active infections in Iceland was at a mere low of 14. However, one must know that this is a small country with just a population of 3,40,000 but despite this, it is amazing how well they have tackled the situation. It really makes us yearn for a time where we can also roam around freely without being anxious about having to come in close contact with people and panicking over touching common surfaces.
3. Montenegro

The current number of active cases in Montenegro is very low and they have restrictions in place for travellers coming in from foreign countries. But at the local level, partial events are allowed and residents can roam around without the constant fear of contracting the virus. This means that even though certain COVID-related restrictions are actually the need of the hour, it does not mean that there is any anxiety amongst the people that is stopping them from stepping out.
4. Australia

Though the country still has some active cases, and it's not free of COVID-19 norms and they have certainly relaxed these restrictions in certain public places. Yes, people can ditch their masks in certain areas where they can maintain a safe distance from others while following the social distancing rules. This is actually brilliant, and it is enough to give others hope that they will also be able to move around like they used to before the pandemic set in.
5. Israel

Even though Israel continues to impose travel restrictions on foreigners, they have relaxed the COVID-19 regulations at the domestic level. The cap on the number of people in a gathering had been earlier removed in June. It is no longer compulsory to put a partition to impose social distancing at public places like restaurants and people were allowed to move mask free, which is pretty great.
6. Bhutan

The next name on the list is Bhutan, India's neighbour and these folks have gone mask free after vaccinating more than 90% of its population in just 2 weeks. Yes, people can roam around without having to put on the mask in public places and they have been tackling COVID-19 in the country successfully so far. Even though the population in the country is pretty low, it is amazing how they have been tackling the virus situation there.
7. The U.S.A.

Things are almost returning to normal in this country and according to the latest announcement by the president of the United States of America, Joe Biden, people who have fully been vaccinated can roam around mask free. This is huge because previously the country was reeling under the attack of the virus, making it one of the worst affected countries in the world. This indeed gives us hope that things might get better in our country as well, and soon we might also be able to walk around without the fear of the virus if not mask free!
With things going back to normal in these countries, we can’t help but hope that things may get better in our country soon as well.
