7 Bollywood Movies That People Regretted Watching And One Good Thing About Them!
Dear movie buffs, we all know that there are some truly amazing masterpieces in Indian cinema that we believe everyone should watch for their plot, story direction or even cinematography. But, we can’t deny that Bollywood has churned out its own share of truly horrible movies that make us wish we never laid eyes on them. Yet, while every viewer has a different taste in movies, there are some that have the general public cringing so hard that it isn’t even funny. So, here are some movies that you might have regretted watching, and one good thing about them in order to be just a little fair! (we tried).
1. Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani

This movie is so bad that it seems that the director of Jaani Dushman said - let’s throw logic out the window for this one and only focus on horrible VFX that will blind the audience’s eyes. The movie has so many plotholes and overacting that you can make a game out of finding the plothole in every scene!
One Good Thing | It’s so bad, you’ll want to watch it just to quench your curiosity!

2. Prem Aggan

Aah, this is one movie that came into the spotlight recently because of Pretentious Movie Reviews which led to people scrambling to watch it, only to figure out just how awful the plotline and dialogues of the movie are. Most of you might already know that this was Fardeen Khan’s debut movie, and just wow! The logic, funny dance moves and pathetic acting skills just make us want to wash our eyes and ears after watching this one. Cringe level to the max? Oh yeah!
One Good Thing | Well, at least the movie might make you want to ‘exercise’... we said ‘MIGHT!’

3. Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag

Not only did the director put his own name in the title, but the movie also tried to remake the legendary film Sholay, with Amitabh Bachchan as the villain making this movie a complete disaster. Amitabh Bachchan even called starring in this movie ‘a mistake’ and the screenplay and plot are so ridiculous that you’ll give up watching halfway through or break out into hysterical giggles. Even the character ‘Rambha’ is so annoying that he’ll make you want to rip your ears out!
One Good Thing | You won’t try to watch it after this review.

4. Radhe

No different from Dabangg or any of Salman ‘bhai’s’ other films, this movie is full of ridiculous action sequences that don’t make sense and the signature ‘bhai’ dialogues that will constantly make you say ‘what?!’ in confusion. Not to mention, the movie seems to be ‘copy pasted’ from the South Korean film ‘The Outlaws’ but completely falls flat. If you’re trying to find logic in this film, you’ll be sorely disappointed! And dialogues like, ‘Ab koi aage badha, uske bladder jagah fefda hoga aur liver ke jagah kidney hoga’ certainly don’t help its case!
One Good Thing | The movie thankfully ONLY spans for 1 hour 49 minutes, with Randeep Hooda stealing the show.

5. Karzzzz

This movie told us that however many ‘Zs’ you add to an OG movie title, it doesn’t make the movie brilliant or even watchable. A very poor remake of the classic Karz (1980) we can only say that the number of dramatic scenes and nasally songs by Himesh Reshammiya just left a bad taste in our mouth!
One Good Thing | It’s the perfect watch for Himesh Reshammiya fans… that’s all.

6. Drona

Well, let’s just say that this movie was the literal ‘hiccup’ in Abhishek Bachchan’s career, and it had us cringing at every scene. Abhishek Bachchan plays Aditya who realises that he is a ‘hero/warrior’ who is supposed to protect the ‘Nectar of Immortality,’ stashed on Earth by demigods from an evil villain, who is hell-bent on killing him and his lover. However interesting the plot seems, it’s one snoozefest, to say the least!
One Good Thing | It does make for a great superhero movie for kids (if they have the patience) and as long as they forget about it after watching it.

7. Love Story 2050

Love Story 2050 started out as a love story but soon turned into a Sci-fi mixture of Terminator/Matrix with some futuristic action and a ridiculous looking villain. And, don’t even get us started on the plot! Instead of going into the past with his time machine to rescue his dead girlfriend, the heartbroken lead travels to the future to meet her reincarnation! WHERE IS THE LOGIC?!
One Good Thing | Boman Irani was the only saving grace of this movie who plays the eccentric ‘mad scientist’ with a soft spot for his nephew to perfection!
