1. Rajma Chawal

Is there anything that makes a North Indian happier than some good ol’ rajma chawal? No matter where you go and what you eat, this dish is always going to be the one we crave for the most. And Ram Ji Di Hatti sure knows how to get it right. Served in good quantities, the Rajma was teeming with that authentic Punjabi flavour. The gravy was thick and spicy, just the way we like it. This too came with a side of pyaaz & chutney and we found that they complemented the Rajma Chawal pretty well. There’s nothing you would want to share more with your besties on a lunch day out!

2. Spl. Paneer Chur Chur Naan Thali

Yet another dish with a delicious paneer filling, the Chur Chur Naan was an absolute delight. They were served hot and crispy with two naans in one thali, along with their Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani and raita - our staple dhaba food. Again, the two curries were refillable and the naan was deliciously crispy and stuffed generously. If this isn’t an affordable, wholesome meal, we don’t know what is!

3. Spl. Paneer Wale Chole Bhature

Soft, fluffy bhaturas served hot with spicy chole and a side of onions and chutney, this was a filling meal both for our stomachs and our souls. Bhaturas speckled with paneer inside, they were nothing less than what you’d expect from one of west Delhi’s most loved dhabas. This is the perfect meal for a breakfast accompanied by a foodie friend and with the unlimited refills of chole, it couldn’t have made us happier. Although the paneer filling was a little less than we expected, it didn’t make the bhaturas any less tasty!

4. Spl. Mix Chur Chur Naan Thali

Just as delicious as the Paneer Chur Chur Naan, this one’s for the foodies who love a hot, crunch naan loaded with delicious and generous amounts of filling. Doused in desi ghee, which is probably the secret behind its scrumptious taste, this naan had our palates singing. The Dal Makhani and Shahi Paneer served along with it were no less delicious but the naan definitely stole the show for us!

What are you waiting for? These dishes are incredibly delicious, laden with desi ghee, and won’t set you back more than 150 bucks at max! Even though it is a humble joint with limited seating, what it lacks in ambience, it provides for in service for it’s extremely quick and friendly. You should defo give this place a try!
