1. Family Man (Season 2)

After much teasing, Amazon Prime Video has FINALLY announced the date of the new season of Manoj Bajpai’s Family Man, and it’s coming out on June 4! We have surely missed the hilarious banter and the tense moments of this popular series alike. Finally, we get to know what happens next after that mean cliffhanger that left our jaws dropped. Yas!

2. Broken But Beautiful (Season 3)

Broken But Beautiful is coming back with a new season and a new cast! The romance web series on ALT Balaji starring Vikrant Massey was much loved. This time, it’s coming back featuring the popular actors Sidharth Shukla and Sonia Rathee and their chemistry is palpable. 
Ekta Kapoor sure does know how to hook her fans, and here we are, eagerly waiting for the new season coming out on 29th May.

3. Kota Factory (Season 2)

The first season of Kota Factory was a blast from the past, as it reminded us all of our days as a student. Kota Factory is where we all fell in love with our Jeetu Bhaiya and smiled, reminisced, and related to the struggles we all face as students. Season 1 of Kota Factory is one of the top-rated Indian web series on IMDb, and we have been eagerly waiting for a new season ever since. Although the exact date remains unknown, Netflix announced the release of Kota Factory Season 2 which will come out this year, and we are singing songs of joy!

Season 1 of Masaba Masaba gave us a sneak peek into the glossy and glamorous life of the fashion designer, Masaba Gupta. In this semi-autobiography, we get to know the mother-daughter duo Masaba and Neena Gupta and take a closer look at the struggles of their seemingly perfect lives. The series was simple and honest, which made it a fun watch. Netflix has announced season 2 of Masaba Masaba this year, and we eagerly await!

We are gonna get more of the cute jodi - Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli this year. Mismatched season 1 released in November 2020 and left us on a bitter cliffhanger. And hence our wait to get a new season intensified. For those who don’t know, Mismatched is a short, light, and romantic series on Netflix that will pull you in because of the sweet storyline. Imtiaz Ali’s crime drama series, She was a huge fan favourite. Centred around female constable Bhumi who goes undercover to expose a drug ring, the show created a huge bang on Netflix. So did the announcement of a new season this year! Netflix promises a new season full of twists, turns, and shocking betrayals, and we love it! Even though the exact date has not been announced yet, we eagerly await the return of the fearless and independent Bhumi on Netflix.

7. Little Things (Season 4)

We all love watching the adorable love story of Dhruv and Kavya. So when Mithila Palkar tweeted about the return of Momo and Biryani Monster, our hearts jumped a little. Little Things talks about everyday life and all the things that a modern couple faces, and in turn, it leaves us with butterflies and a warm feeling! Us Dilliwalas have always been suckers for romance and hence we were totally elated when Netflix announced a season 4 coming out this year.

8. Delhi Crime (Season 2)

Delhi Crime won an International Emmy award for being the best drama series. Based on the horrific 2012 gang rape and the consequent police investigation, this show was hard-hitting and an instant hit. The show was fast-paced and gut-wrenching, and we loved each second of it.

9. Asur (Season 2)

The dynamic duo - Barun Sobti & Arshad Warsi are gonna be back again with a new season of the nail-biting thriller series Asur, this year. With season 1 of the show keeping us on our toes at all times, a mastermind villain, and a super complex finale, we were left with just too many unanswered questions! Hopefully, these questions will be answered this year as the Asur cast prepares for the new season. Arshad Warsi tweeted about the second season and hopefully, the show might be out by the end of 2021.

It’s been a super long time since we have been waiting to see more of the Delhi-based wedding planners, Tara and Karan who graced our screens in March 2019, and hopefully, we shall get to see them this year! The shooting for Made In Heaven Season 2 had started back in February. If all goes well, it should be out super soon, giving us more moments of crazy drama and romance. Fingers crossed!
