You can choose the stuffing of your choice from - aloo pyaaz, mix, gobhi, paneer, and others! Perhaps the best place to have ‘Dahi Ke Sholey’ in the city, this little shop in the INA market is a fan-favourite among the locals. They don’t have a very extensive menu, just a few dishes that are enough to blow the minds of us Delhiites. Cheese Ke Sholey is among these dishes. Hot, crispy, and flavourful, you will have a hard time stopping yourself after you have one of these delish munchies. Try them ASAP for your evening snack pangs!

The Say Cheese Pasta famously known to us as the ‘Cheese Wheel Pasta’, is a MUST have, when you’re on the lookout for the cheesiest dishes in Delhi. Spezia Bistro, perfectly set in the busy AF vicinity of Hudson Lane, is charming for a lot of reasons, the top of them being the chef whipping out a parmesan cheese wheel and firing it up from the inside to give us the cheesiest of all kinds of pasta! Housefull Cafe Lounge has always blown us away with its quirky AF dishes, be it Beer Maggi or Dragon Smoke Popcorn. This gem of a cafe in GTB Nagar also makes its way into our list of cheesiest dishes across the city, with their Molten Cheese Burger. This pretty AF black bun burger is not just a treat for our taste buds, but also our eyes! This is assembled on the table itself, so you are a witness to the huge loads of cheese they plop on your patty. It’s like a dream, they keep pouring and pouring cheese until it spills out of those beautiful buns! It’s available in both veg and non-veg options!

They are always stocked up on eye-popping desserts, which are a delight to watch and savour. Well, they also have this totally AMAZING Mac & Cheese on their vast menu. There’s only one thing they get wrong though, they say that it’s every kid’s favourite. Well nu-uh! We guarantee that we, as adults, are fans of this delish dish too! Their Mac & Cheese slow-cooked in melted Cheddar cheese sauce and topped with buttered bread crumbs is a delight in every bite!

Our fave Italian place in the city, the Big Chill Cafe is also a serious contender when it comes to the yummiest and the cheesiest dishes in the city. Of course, we are huge fans of all the dishes and desserts of this place, but the lasagna crosses the finish line first when it comes to super cheesy. Available in both veg (spinach and mushroom) and non-veg (chicken) options, these sheets of pasta doused with cheese just melt in the mouth, and we love it!
