This New Year has given us some amazing new cafes that’ve popped up all over Delhi NCR, and we’ve happily gone and winnowed out the creme-de-la-creme of the lot for y’all! 1. OMYA

Omya is a new authentic Indian restaurant that you’ll find instead of the old Italian restaurant that used to grace the iconic Oberoi Hotel in Delhi. Here, you’ll get to savour scrumptious food, the culinary philosophy of which is set by the internationally acclaimed, London based Chef Alfred Prasad who earned the honour of being the youngest Indian chef to receive a Michelin star at 29 years of age!

2. The Playground

The new partying place in Kamla Nagar, The Laalten has a super cool rooftop and a full-fledged bar. With colourful interiors, comfy couches, actual laaltens for lights and pumping live music in the backdrop, the ambience of this place is an all-round winner!

4. Baoshuan

Replacing the iconic old rooftop restaurant of Taipan at The Oberoi, Baoshuan is a gem serving authentic Chinese cuisine with a menu curated by the highly acclaimed Michelin star Chef Andrew Wong.
