This Is A Reprersentative Image

If there’s one thing that our Dilli is lacking behind, it has to be the stagnant infrastructure. If a project is completed once, there’s no follow up to maintain it again. To eliminate this stigma the New Delhi Municipal Council is all set to beautify the roads left unattended since Commonwealth Games, 2010.

Much Needed Beautification | So, Delhiites, here’s the good news - NDMC’s 135 avenue roads are all set to get the glow up they deserve. The plan is to reshape focal points that catch tourists’ attention and make the roads symmetric to Lutyens’ Delhi look. The main focus will be roundabouts, triangular parks, open points and road dividers.

They also plan to hang seasonal plants on trees and pillars on easily accessible levels to bring an unmatched elegance to the area. All this will be done if a proposal for the horticulture department is approved.

We cannot wait for some aesthetic pictures for the gram!
