Cheeni Paratha! This is perhaps the number 1 mood uplifting dish our mothers made for us. If we felt sick or sad, cheeni paratha was there to make our day, and give us that burst of energy and sugar rush we needed. Loaded in desi ghee and sugar, we miss it so much!
