It has seen a steady rise for some time, which was a much-needed move. So, we took it upon ourselves to name 10 ICONIC queer characters from different shows who’ve made a place for themselves in our hearts. Let's dive right into the list!

This queer character is played by Daniel Levy and has some great sarcasm, an excellent fashion sense and impressive business acumen. She is a secretive and smart detective who has garnered an appreciation in the police department for being a badass. She is bisexual and comes out to Charles for the first time. However, due to her sexuality, she shares a complicated relationship with her traditional parents. When her parents finally accept her for being who she is, it's indeed a bittersweet moment. Brought to life by Kit Young, his skills with guns are unprecedented, and he is good-natured when he wants to be. There is no mention of his sexuality on the show which is absolutely fine because it's not given for any of the characters either. He is somewhat of a playboy, often flirting with both men and women, but when it comes to his crew, he will put his life on the line to save them. And this makes us adore him all the more!
