You can either buy huge rolls of aam papad or small quantities in boxes. If you want to eat on the spot, watch with delight as they prepare the aam papad with fresh masala and a squeeze of lime juice. The anardana paste too is really good. If you’re indecisive, buy an assorted box with a bit of everything.
