It dosen’t depend on place. It depends on you and your behaviour towards people. But yeah you can find majority of student section at student friendly area such as north campus / Kamla nagar / Gtb ,etc.
Gtb nagar, Hudson lane. These are few places where you'll have a student crowd and you can mingle up but all of it depends you and the way you are as a person, your behavior towards them.
