In the lockdown, Delhi's air was the cleanest, and at that time too it isn't possible to see the whole band but some stars, you can try going towards the green and open areas till Gurgaon. I remember I saw the band last year when I was on a trip to explore Maharashtra, it was mesmerizing that you could only see it through your eyes, the camera couldn't capture it well.

As far I have seen at this point, less amount of people are going out. So the air of Delhi is so neat and clean. People are enjoying skies at home. Also this rainy season with a cup of ghar ki chai is better. So the main point is you can see it in areas of gurgaon haryana and areas near Gaur City Mall greater noida.
