Though this is a very subjective question, I'd like to give my opinion. Im quite a sucker for pancakes and usually go to Ihop, yet I've also tried various cafes. Believe me you would not want to try them at all provided they're selling something else in the name of pancake. A place I would want to recommend is All American Diner. Bit heavy on pocket, yet, they have that authentic taste.
