Janakpuri (unity one) looks, noida (Geetanjali), Pacific (Subhash nagar) looks. I have got my haircut and hair colour both got done from these places. Head masters (expensive).
The best place would be Looks, the Karol Bagh place. They have really experienced and good staff. Have got my colour done from there twice. Would really recommend it.
Looks, Geetanjali, Tony n Guy. But I would suggest get it done at your home. Because Getting a hair color done could be pretty expensive in Salons. You can buy the Shade and Brand of your choice. Plus it would cost you half of the amount.
