Be Positive, Discuss the problem with your family or friends. Get your vehicle's keys with you and go for a drive or ride. Take actions of your good plans.
Don't compare yourself with others.
Thinking is good overthinking is not.
If you think it's good just do it.
Do something rather than just thinking about them. Even talking can be an option with a psych major or an extremely close friend. Motivational songs can be tried too .
