No i dont think it would be posaible in this pandemic as HORN OK is the fest where a crowd of thousands come over have some fun and eat a lot of great stuff and not only this big celebrities also come
Even if we find a vaccine it would take quite some time to reach general public. So I think this year it might not happen. But it all depends at the end on this virus that has all of us locked in our homes for our safety
I guess it will be put off for a while or else there will be restricted entry. Or maybe it could be hosted over swiggy/Zomato where we get great discounts
