Accepting that it's going to stay this way for sometime. So, the best thing I do is work, write (try journaling- it might help with your inner thoughts), exercise and with the time I get either paint(recently development) or read (you can try a motivational book).

Accepting that the situation won't change for sometime is the best way to start. Then keep busy with work, talk to family and friends, read a motivational book or try a new hobby (it will help in being productive as well as make sure you learnt a new skill). You can also write in a journal to sort out your thoughts
