This is what I do, drink redbull, gave a break or two, do whatever you want to do in that break, keep your phone away from you with data/WiFi connections switched off.
Listen to good music. It actually helps. Try studying on a table chair instead of bed. Studying while sitting on the bed makes you feel drowsy. It actually helps. At the end all you need is consistency and motivation.
Try to sit on a desk and chair rather than sitting on bed and studying.
Keep water and some healthy snakcs with you.
Clear your desks so that no thing is distraction can disturb your mindset while studying
Make a list of topics that you hope to complete that night,and work on them sincerely.
