I am from the north east and there we don’t have momos with mayonnaise but with a rather spicy red chutney and spicy hot soup. So when i came to Delhi i was very much skeptical about having momos with mayonnaise. Tbh; i felt weird. But overtime I’ve developed a taste for it and i quite like it now.
