Amazon will be good. I visited Decathlon recently for gym equipments, but they are very low on stock and also price is too high i.e, for a pair of pair 10kg dumbbell they are charging 4k-5k.
You can try PVC plates and dumbbell rod's from KORE or AURION on Amazon.
