Go for a walk or 15-20 minutes of yoga Sometimes, the best way to stop anxious thoughts is to walk away from the situation. Taking some time to focus on your body and not your mind may help relieve your anxiety.

find it's source and find distraction? If it's out of staying at home due to Lockdown, go to some park n just walk/ anything until you are too tired to do anything. Repeat for a week. It'll help.

To deal with anxiety the first thing you should do is find what triggers it, once you know the cause the cure is easy. You can join yoga or meditation classes. Go for a morning walk or walk on wet grass (bare foot) helps a lot. You start any dancing or Zumba as to some people dancing makes happy or listen to music ( make your own favourite songs playlist). There are pills also that you can take ( ask from your family doctor) but it’s preferable that you can cure them with other activities too. Anxiety is just basically an outcome of the stress and pressure you feel due to any reason. You can overcome them just by indulging yourself into something that makes you feel at ease or calm you down.

I listen to music, take a long walk or sometimes I just meditate. Although meditation is a bit difficult initially but listening to music helps a lot. It’s soothing.
