There is no way of spot reduction, you have to lose weight, and eventually your belly fat will reduce along with other parts of the body. No abs workout can help you. Keep yourself in a caloric deficit. Also it matters on your genetics. If you don't have the required genetics nothing can change your physique.

Contact dietitian,stick to diet chart, swimming would be of lot od help in shaping the waist however, these day's it is not safe and also pools in the clubs are not operational. Though, u can try it if u hv it in ur private space. Also, join dance clases or yoga, aerobics. Running , side wraps in work out,crunches , pilates n lots of other exercises would help and please don't go on supplements as it could impact ur health, without consulting a dietician.

1st thing to work upon is diet which will help to get results 70%. Stop sugar and oily foods from very 1st day 2nd consume enough water atleast 10-12 glasses per day that too on proper timings. 3rd yoga, jogging and some abs exercises to be done for atleast 30 minutes per day. 4th to have green tea before breakfast, before lunch and after dinner.
