Till last month, I was feeling very depressed and not ok, staying in the four walls of my house made me feel the utter closeness, and I was feeling Claustrophobic, So in August only I planned to go to somewhere out of Delhi, I travelled to Bombay to my relatives, and I felt very relieved, so much free, and now after coming back from there, I'm not feeling anything I was feeling a month back.

Well, it's not a battle to be won in a day and is more of a process. Meditation has been a great help and just staying connected with nature has really helped my cause. Let me know if it works for you!

Being locked in house has somehow made the every day routine very monotonous. These are some ways in which I am keeping my mental health at check:- 1. Writing a journal 2. Lisenting to good and soulful music 3. Talking to my closed ones on daily basis even if there's nothing to talk about 4. Whenever some thought process engages my mind, I simply try to take deep breaths and talk myself out of it. 5. Spend time with my pet And this has specifically kept me very calm

To be honest, I’ve never struggled so much with my mental heath as I have during this lockdown. Art has always been a therapy for me right from childhood and it has definitely helped quite a lot in these tough times.
