Just make sure you follow calorie deficit diet if you want to lose weight. And you don't have to compromise on your favorite food, just make sure tu exercise enough and stay consistent.

Intermittent fast and have proper home made food and make sure that you don’t do over eating. The quantity of food should be lesser. No to fast food that’s it.

Focus on developing eating habits which would go a long way. Skip carbs but don't cut them out completely. Also include protein rich stuff in your food.
