Both. negative changes include the fact that i have become much more lazier and positive change is that i am trying to learn something new everyday even though it's right before i sleep or just a small subtle thing

Positive, that i have somewhat of an idea of what I want for my career. Negative, Im usually demotivated and tired enough to make an effort towards it.

Well the positive change is that I've now become more calm and relaxed. Meanwhile negative change is my bad sleeping schedule.

Noticed both. I had started having very negative and depressing thoughts, working on it through podcasts, meditation and keeping my self busy. Good thing was simultaneously I started taking more care of myself.
