negative changes include the fact that i have become much more lazier and positive change is that i am trying to learn something new everyday even though it's right before i sleep or just a small subtle thing
Positive, that i have somewhat of an idea of what I want for my career. Negative, Im usually demotivated and tired enough to make an effort towards it.
Noticed both. I had started having very negative and depressing thoughts, working on it through podcasts, meditation and keeping my self busy. Good thing was simultaneously I started taking more care of myself.
