Yes it had me binge watching till 4 in the morning. I started making a daily-goal journal for myself and found myself getting really exhausted and sleepy at the end of the day!

Yes, it is ruined, and I think the only way to take it back to the track is starting of my normal routine again, which I seriously want, I'm fed up staying at home.

Yes, it totally ruined my sleep cycle. One thing which helped me the most was to be productive throught the day and not to sleep in the afternoon.

Plan your day ahead with some definite goals that is going to keep you motivated to wake up early. Go to bed on time switch off the lights and keep your phone, laptop, television off. Wake up on your decided time and go ahead with your planned activities next day you’ll get tired by day end fall asleep by yourself. Just stick your new sleeping schedule then. In the beginning don’t push yourself it will take sometime to get into your new sleep cycle and don’t give up if you fail for a few times in the beginning.

Plan your day ahead and go to bed on time to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. When you go to bed switch off the lights and don’t use your phone, laptop or television. You will have difficulties in sleeping but don’t worry it takes time to adapt to a new sleep cycle. Take long breaths with your eyes closed it helps in falling asleep. Once you are awake on time try not to sleep during the day this way you will be able to sleep again on time the next night. Keep on trying this until you don’t adapt to your new sleep cycle. Do not feel let down if you can’t accomplish this in one go it takes time to adapt to a new sleep cycle just stick with the plan and you will be able to change your sleep cycle.

Try drinking chamomile tea before you sleep. It makes you sleep faster. You can also use the same tea bags under your eyes to reduce dark circles
