Spain on a fork is one you can find on youtube and Meghnasfoodmagic on instagram for mexican food, I used her Enchiladas recipe, find it easily in her highlight stories and I follow Bbc good food website for Mediterranean food. Love it!
You must check out the Pati Jinich's Channel on Youtube. Her videos are pretty descriptive and the popular videos include recipes for Carnitas and Basket Taco.
