The most important thing is to create a headspace. Most of the time, things which make us anxious are just thoughts created by our overthinking and lack of knowledge. The first thing to do is to shut your mind and ask your heart or gut feeling about it. Take deep breathe and think that it's normal to feel anxious. Everybody feels like this but ask your heart if it is something actually serious or your mind just playing games with you. After relaxing yourself and listening to your heart instead of your overthinking mind, do things which you love the most and the antidote of this anxiety is being grateful about what you have and how many things have gone right.✨
