Hookah and beer are not being served in cafe’s currently! But once the situation is better, you can definitely try Public Affair, 1 Oak, Dear Donna and Antidot!
I guess , café and lounge are not providing hoohak services because of pandemic situations.Romeo lane and antidot provides amazing services for hookah and cocktails . they serve delicious food as the same time. Must try!
Try lounges at Punjabi Bagh or Hudson Lane. Hudson Lane is a little less expensive than Punjabi Bagh. But using coupons from Dine out or Zomato you can get benefits.
