This Urdu Ghar Literary Fest Happening @ Ghalib Institute Is Tailor-Made For The Shayar In You

This one’s for all those who are intrigued by the poetic Urdu language & love to read Urdu - the Urdu Ghar Literary Festival is taking place from the 15th of March till 18th of March and offers a unique opportunity to sit among national & international scholars!

What’s Happening | Hosted by Anjuman Taraqqi Urdu Hind & Zamarrud Mughal, this international seminar shall focus on two centuries (1800 - 2017) of Urdu writing on history, the nation and culture. The seminar will feature presentations by a galaxy of international as well as Indian scholars at the Ghalib Institute. *WOW*

After indulging in intellectual discussions, the day-long sessions of the seminar will be followed by an evening of cultural program of ghazals, a play, mushaira, dastangoi and qawwali each day from 6.30 PM onwards! The best bit? Also, entry is free for all three days here!
