This Time You May Have To Get A Blood Test Done If You Plan To Party On NYE

Hello, fellow readers! As y’all are well aware, that it’s new year’s eve, and this means a lot of you will probably be out partying the night away and dancing while you welcome 2021. But if you plan to get drunk, you might just need to get a blood test done. Here’s what you need to know! 

For A Safer NYE | Delhi Police has decided to get blood tests done in order to check drunk driving cases. They will be stationed in and around CP and tests will be done at Parliament Street while suspects in other locations will be taken to the nearest police stations. Though it’s expected to be less crowded this year due to the Coronavirus, the forces will be strictly stationed, just as in previous years. 

This development comes in after their decision to not use alcometer. They will hence be aided by doctors provided by the Delhi Government.  Plus, restaurants have also been asked to allow entry only after pre-booking and issue parking labels in areas like CP and Hauz Khas.
