Hello, Delhizens! In case you live in Gurgaon or somewhere in South Delhi, this piece of news that we’re about to share will be of special significance to you. So without further ado, scroll ahead and gear up for great news!
Travel B/W South Delhi - Gurgaon In A Jiffy! | The Delhi Government has asked the PWD to construct a flyover on the Mehrauli junction that’ll make travelling to Gurgaon from South Delhi SO much easier! This was part of the Mehrauli decongestion plan, wherein the aim was to make the corridor signal-free in view of the ever-increasing traffic in the area.
So now here’s the latest move - a four-lane flyover is all set to be constructed at the Qutub Minar T-point where Badarpur Road and Anuvrat Road meet. This road is literally a bottleneck which sees more than 8,000 cars per hour during peak time!
Once the flyover is ready, vehicles coming from Gurgaon will have to take a U-turn from this flyover, as the Chattarpur Road T-point will be closed. So if you’re bound for Gurgaon or Faridabad from South Delhi, this new flyover will be of a lot of help to you, saving you time and energy!
We’re really looking forward to this flyover that’ll bring South Delhi and Gurgaon closer!
