Get Ready For A 242 Metre Long Skywalk From New Delhi Railway Station To The Metro!
It’s no secret that the metro has made our lives much easier ever since it has graced Delhi and it keeps striving to do so, even more. For anyone who has ever had to take a rickshaw or walk to reach Ajmeri Gate side of the New Delhi railway station, DMRC has finally opened up the much-awaited skywalk linking the New Delhi railway station to the metro station and here’re all the details you need to know!

Easy & Hassle-Free Conveyance | This linking skywalk is a new addition to the city’s connectivity and is constructed by the DMRC in collaboration with the Northern Railway for providing seamless connectivity between the Ajmeri Gate side of the railway station and the adjacent New Delhi metro stations on the Yellow Line and the Airport Express Line. This dedicated skywalk is 242 metres long and is designed with all modern facilities including escalators & lifts for the differently-abled, CCTVs, smart lighting systems and much more.
This skywalk is an extension of the already existing foot over bridge inside the railway station and will connect the Ajmeri Gate side with the New Delhi Metro station as well as the multilevel parking across Bhavbhuti Marg through multiple entries and exit points.
