Are you an adrenaline junkie who is just looking for the right kinda adventure? Well, in case you are, then you will be interested in what we’re going to tell you and this one will literally sweep you off your feet.

Gotta Take That Leap | So, we just heard that Manali will soon have the world’s highest bungee jumping point at an altitude of 10,500 feet. (WOAH!) This is basically being done as an effort by the government to give these adventurous activities a superlative tag to attract more tourists! The location for this has been finalised near a steep gorge and the construction work will soon begin which will be supervised by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (ABVIMAS).

The jumping point will be at 596 feet (182 metres) which is the highest point in Asia and a motorised cage on four 32 mm cables which will take the jumper to the jumping site! Plus, they will operate on technology which is at the moment present only in the USA and New Zealand.
Himachal will get its first and only bungee jumping site with this one and it will be the second one in North India. Did you know that a 350-metre long sky-cycling track was recently opened in Gulaba? Yep, it’s is the highest track in the world, at the altitude of 9,300 feet.

So, let your fellow adventure-hungry buddies know about this and plan an exhilarating vacay once this opens!
