The Pesky Mobile Connectivity Issues On Magenta & Pink Lines May Be Solved By Feb.
If you regularly travel by the Pink and Magenta Lines of the Delhi Metro, then you must defo be aware of the problem of mobile connectivity on the two stretches. Sitting in the metro and not receiving any signal at all - it surely is a frustrating feeling, isn’t it? But we might finally be getting a solution to this problem soon, people. Read on!
What’s Brewing? | Our dear DMRC is planning to fix the mobile signal problem on the Magenta and Pink Lines by February and we have our fingers crossed! Over 300 people are working even during non-operational hours to solve the problem of mobile connectivity on these two stretches. Boosters will be installed at underground stations in order to tackle this issue.
Currently, work is going on at the underground stations of the Pink Line, i.e., the Bhikaji Cama to Hazrat Nizamuddin stretch and Kalkaji Mandir to Janakpuri West on the Magenta Line. The problem of signal has also cropped up at select metro stations of the Blue Line, Yellow Line and the Airport Express.
Well, we really hope that the menacing problem of mobile signal is solved so that we can enjoy an awesome ride on the Pink and Magenta Lines. Kudos, DMRC!
