See Delhi Differently This February As Yamuna Cruise Set Sail!

Delhi has always revealed itself through movement and transportation: cars honking past, metros cutting underground, streets alive with urgency. But this February, the city is preparing to show a softer, slower side, one that flows rather than rushes. A new experience is set to invite residents to pause, look around, and rediscover the capital from a perspective rarely explored. Read on to find out more!

Drift Through Delhi | The shift will take shape through a recreational cruise experience set to launch on the Yamuna River, introducing boat cruises and ferry services as part of a broader push toward green tourism. Operating along the stretch between Sonia Vihar and Jagatpur, upstream of the Wazirabad Barrage, the initiative will reimagine the river as a leisure and connectivity corridor. Each cruise will accommodate up to 90 passengers, offering an eco-friendly journey complemented by onboard snacks for a more rounded experience. As the boat moves along the river, passengers will be treated to expansive views of the Yamuna ghats and the evolving riverbanks, presenting Delhi through a calmer, more contemplative lens. Beyond leisure, the project will also aim to enhance green mobility and river-based connectivity, adding a new layer to the city’s tourism landscape.
Step aboard and let the city unfold around you, one gentle ripple at a time. Delhi’s riverfront will soon become the ultimate escape within the capital.
