Brand Spanking New Sarojini Nagar Metro Station | As the Delhi Metro throws open the Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus - Lajpat Nagar Metro Station section of the Pink Line by July end, not only will going to our fave Sarojini Nagar market become easier for us, we’ll also get to see a completely new and fab station! 

Here’s what you must look out for during your next trip to Sarojini Nagar Metro Station - there will be pillars designed around the concept of glow gardens and some really amazing artwork that’s gonna keep us commuters totally engrossed as we walk our way through the station. So we’d advise you guys to keep your cameras at the ready, as this station will look too good to be missed! 

Also, for the first time ever, you’ll find that this metro station has a drainage line within the station premises! And, the lift taking passengers from the ground to the concourse level, where tickets are sold, is unique in its own way, because it’s the only lift shaft in the metro’s network which has been dug manually! Woah! There’s more guys. You people will also find a ticket vending machine at each entry point to the metro station for differently-abled people! Now that’s pretty cool!
