Now that the summer is here, there is absolutely nothing better than cooling down the desi way. Yes, we’re talking about a glass of lassi and not just any lassi but the one blended with mango and banana - yum!

The reason why we can’t stop gushing about this chef is that recently we stumbled upon her recipe for the Mango Banana Lassi. Yes, a very desi drink but with a little international twist and how!
The recipe is absolutely simple and with this being the season of fresh mangoes, now is the best time to chug down a glass of this frothy and healthy version of lassi. Dates added to the lassi provide all the necessary sweetness (along with the fruits). But if you like your lassi sweeter, you can always add some extra sugar according to taste!
