Initiated by St+Art India Project, a two-month-long project held in 2016 brought street art artists from all over the country AND the world to bring a splash of colour to Delhi's walls. The murals have been inspired by a variety of themes such as life and death, nature’s beauty, Indian mythology and various others. In a sad state, this fort is almost in ruins. It’s also rumoured to be haunted, so you're in for a round of interesting stories when you visit. Climb up the stairs and go past the bridge and you can see the ruins of the entire compound. You will also find a grand staircase and some old tunnels which were erstwhile used as passages. It’s best to visit here in the early mornings or evenings as it can get quite hot. This one can be a little confusing to find, but you will find plenty of people to direct you to the Baoli. Located near CP is this hidden step well belonging to the Lodi period. Although it’s only a small area, you will be pleasantly surprised if you’re visiting it for the first time. From the outside, it looks like any other old stone monument. However, as you enter, you will be taken aback at just how far down below the steps descend!
In fact, we could hardly see the end which merged into darkness *Woah*. Take an overhead selfie with all the steps in the background or head down to take some cool, dark ones. Be careful though, as there are pigeons and bats at the bottom. Head here early in the morning to avoid the crowds!
