Fried Ice Cream at Elation is something that we drop in for every time we need a pick-me-up. Served in a martini glass, a scoop of vanilla ice cream is covered by a crackling shell of honey that tastes just divine. A flawless outer layer is very hard to achieve by freezing and heating the scoop at precise temperatures and Elation does it right. We could literally eat tubs of this!

G-Jams can def take a bow when it comes to experimental desserts. Molecule has come up with another re-imagined plateful that's got our sweet sensors buzzing!
