Now Gurugram Plans To Join In For The Odd-Even Scheme When The Need Arises

As and when Diwali is nearing, our fear for Delhi’s threatening pollution is increasing. To curb the pollution levels, the Delhi government has rolled out the Odd-Even Scheme, post-Diwali and if the situation gets worse, G-Town will also join hands with us.

Odd-Even In G-Town Too? | In order to combat Delhi’s high-levels of pollution during the month of November caused due to stubble burning in the neighbouring states like Punjab, Haryana and more, Gurugram has decided to participate in the odd-even scheme when the air quality deteriorates to ‘emergency’ or ‘severe’ category and remains for 48 hours or more.

Also, this time even the privately owned CNG vehicles won’t be spared. The ones who will get relief from this scheme are women drivers and vehicles with all women occupants, keeping in mind the security aspect.

Make your plans accordingly, Gurgaon dwellers.
