For the kind of fine dining experience that spells ‘grandeur’, make way to Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra. With gracious and efficient service, quality food, attention to detail, and a modern twist to traditional Indian cooking styles, the diner is a challenge to your senses of sight, smell and taste with their molecular gastronomic experience. We were smitten by their Ashen Kulfi, Levitating White Chocolate Balls, Mushroom Chai and Naga Pork. Currently, they're hosting guests only for dinner in two slots at 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM, respectively.
