ISKCON Dwarka Has Opened A Free COVID Care Facility With 200+ Oxygen Beds
We come across so many people and institutions gearing up and providing help in all and any way possible, and it honestly makes our hearts swell. A silver lining & a beacon of hope that we shall get through this together. Amid the rising shortage of beds in the city, this place has opened its doors in a time of crisis and we’re here to tell you all about it.
A Divine Helping Hand | ISKCON Dwarka has set up a COVID care facility/ isolation centre with 200+ oxygen beds & all necessary medical equipments at the hostel of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, with the help of the Delhi Government. This centre is providing free of cost basic treatment to the people affected by COVID-19. The centre has doctors and nursing care, oxygen support, required medicines, healthy, wholesome, nutritious & immunity-boosting meals, and housekeeping facilities for its beneficiaries, along with spiritual counselling and yoga classes that will help people stay motivated & heal faster.
ISKCON has already provided free meals for the needy throughout the pandemic and has served more than 3 crore meals during the lockdown, and still counting. Now, opening up this COVID facility with oxygen beds is what a lot of people require, an exceptional move indeed!
