M Block Market is closed on Tuesdays & is congested on weekends. Therefore any weekday apart from Tuesday would be a comfortable option. It seems that there is perpetually a paucity of parking space; therefore try to avoid taking your car. The nearest metro station is Kailash Colony & an auto-rickshaw can be hired to reach the destination.
