Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice | Cafe Rouge at the Ramada Gurgaon Central is dishing out this mouth-watering Mirchi Ka Halwa (WHAAA?) made with desi ghee and we’re losing it RN! This uber quirky halwa, which is green in colour is sweet when you take a bite but leaves a spicy aftertaste on your palates by the time you’re done eating it. Sounds weirdly awesome, doesn’t it? This dessert, if we can call it that, is made the regular way but the twist is that they add capsicums and green chillies which give this dish its signature spiciness!
