Delhi To Get Its FIRST AC Local Train In Feb 2019 With CCTV Cameras & Automated Doors

Hola Delhizens! If travelling short distances from the city to nearby places is a major inconvenience for you due to the unavailability of adequate public transport, then read ahead as your woes are soon gonna come to an end!

Delhi To Get Its First AC Local Train! | The very first air-conditioned local train that’ll connect Delhi to other nearby places in North India is all set to hit the tracks next year and we’re super excited about this! This train will have eight stainless-steel coaches and will mostly ply to places in Uttar Pradesh from Delhi.

This newbie train will be operational by February 2019 and will carry more than 2,600 passengers. It’ll be equipped with two toilets per coach, a GPS system, CCTV cameras and automated doors.

We’re very proud that the city is taking great strides towards the betterment of transportation facilities and we really can’t wait to hop on this newbie train already!
