Delhi Government Set To Embrace Water Tourism With Exciting Yamuna Development Plans!

Exciting developments are underway for Delhiites, as the government promises a refreshing change and new opportunities for its residents. The aim is to enhance both connectivity and leisure, bringing a unique experience to the heart of the city.

Water Tourism In Delhi | The Delhi government and the Centre have signed an MoU to start boat rides on Yamuna from the Sonia Vihar to Jagatpur stretch. This project will help ease traffic on the roads and offer a peaceful travel option for residents. Eco-friendly & electric-solar hybrid boats will be introduced, and plans are in place to turn the Yamuna Ghats into a cultural and artistic hub like Varanasi. Officials have promised more development, including charging stations and better facilities, as they work toward cleaning and beautifying the Yamuna.
