Celebrate Independence Day At The Newly Revamped Shaheedi Park At ITO With Your Family & Friends


A one of its kind museum, The Shaheedi Park has finally reopened and inaugurated in Delhi to pay homage to the freedom fighters of India. After a total revamp and restoration of the park, the government has finally reopened it for the public. So, if your plans to visit the park have been on hold, it’s time to rejoice. A Tribute To Real Life Heroes! | On 8th August 2023, Shaheedi Park at ITO, an outdoor museum, was reopened after a total revamp and was inaugurated by the chief minister, mayor and lieutenant governor. The park showcases the statues of the real heroes of the Independence era that are made on the theme- art out of waste. The park was reopened to the public on the 9th of August 2023 and over 100 people visited the park just after one day of its opening! The refurbishment of the park will help in attracting more visitors as the government is planning to make it more engaging for the public with a light and sound show that will take place after two months from the inauguration. Sounds cool, isn’t it?
