#BreakfastGoals - The Delicious Omelette Preparations At Mithlesh Ande Wala

While we all have our personal favourite form of egg concoctions, there's no harm going old school with the delicious offerings by the ever so popular Mithlesh Ande Wala. 

This little place in Fateh Nagar has changed the definition of an omelette for us forever, serving a variety of omelettes, bhurjis and toasts.

Their Chicken Omelette is the one that deserves all the limelight because it is simply AH-MAZING! Shreds of chicken whisked in eggs, onions and green chillies - so simple but yet so special.

They have this unique way of cooking the bread with the omelette, all together with loads of butter *starry eyed*. Once the omelette is almost ready, these guys sprinkle their special masala and lemon juice and it works like magic! 

Needless to say, Mithlesh Ande Wala now has a special place in our hearts!
